Monitoring and evaluation doesn't have to be boring! I love working with organisations to come up with new, novel and interactive ways to collect and demonstrate impact.

I can support you to identify and set project and organisational outcomes and indicators. From there we can work together develop a plan for gathering evidence and including service beneficiaries in this process.

I firmly believe in enabling you to learn the skills to develop and deliver your outcomes and monitor your impact. But sometimes we just don't have the capacity to do it ourselves, so if that's the case I can support you to evaluate your work and report on the impact.
