About Me

Hello, my name is Emma. I'm a third sector consultant and facilitator, based in West Lothian, focusing on supporting social change across Scotland.

I am passionate about the diverse work of community and voluntary organisations, putting people and communities first and the potential of grantmakers in supporting and enabling that work. 

​

I have been working in the third sector in Scotland for over a decade. In that time I have had a variety of roles, latterly working in grantmaking, supporting organisations to secure funding and evaluate the impact of their work.

I set up my consultancy simply because I love the third sector and enjoy supporting social change. I want to support organisations to cut through the noise and achieve change, allowing you to do what you do best.

I have worked with small start ups right up to large national charities and have worked in grantmaking for both small and large grants. I thrive on supporting organisations to ask the hard questions, identify their aims and goals and find solutions.
